My Aunt Beth always whips this up for our New Year's Eve party. It is SO easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 (6 -8 ounce) can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise (light or regular)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 dash tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Cut up artichokes into small bits.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Spread in 9 square pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
