Yummy parmesan cheese and artichokes make this dish savory and delicious, it's easy too!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash salt
3 ounces parmesan cheese
grated swiss cheese, on top
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Drain and chop artichokes.
3. Mix all ingrediants together, put in oven proof dish.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
