This one came from Blue Plate Mayonnaise-and is really yummy (and simple!).
Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 dash garlic salt
1 dash onion salt
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350.
2. Beat with mixer until well blended.
3. Spoon into 2 cup casserole.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
5. Serve with crackers.
