This version contains chicken, making it a more hearty dip. My bunco group always likes this one.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (optional)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 dash tabasco sauce
15 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped, drained
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Note-Canned chicken can be substituted, or, the chicken can be totally omitted.
