baby artichokes with a garlic flavored breaded stuffing
Ingredients:
4 artichokes
2 medium onions
7 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. mince onion, garlic and stems and pan saute with olive oil till soft. Trim artichokes back to tender parts, split and remove choke. Mix onion and garlic with bread crumbs and cheese. Arrange chokes in glass baking dish and spoon the breading over the top. Add some 1/2 of water and cover with tin foil. Bake for 45 minutes, enjoy!
