Artichoke and Tarragon Dip

Ingredients:
12 ounces canned marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and place in a 3-cup ovenproof baking dish or casserole.
2. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
3. Serve with raw vegetables, chips, or crackers.
