Arthur's Tofu

My daughter loves this easy recipe that came from her friend's dad
Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package firm tofu
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce
6 -10 ounces spinach (one bag)
Directions:
1. 1. cube tofu into 3/4 inch cubes.
2. 2. Toast sesames seeds on non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
3. 3. Mix oyster sauce, sesame oil and fish sauce together. Add 1 - 2 tsp of water do dilute.
4. 4. Add spinach to frying pan. Wilt and pour over tofu.
5. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
