Aromatic Herbed Bread Filled With Prosciutto

Taste it and you'll love it! Prepared in the Bread machine and bake in the oven. The herb topping is Dried Blend of Aromatic Herbs, Onions, Garlic it really makes it!
Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fast rising yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 -4 ounces prosciutto, sliced very thin
1/2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon herbs (i use dried blend of aromatic herbs, onions, garlic)
Directions:
1. Place all the bread ingredients except prosciutto in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select dough cycle and start machine.
3. At end of cycle take dough out and punch dough down and flatten; roll to a rectangle. place prosciutto over in a single layer then roll up as a jelly roll.
4. Score top. Place loaves on greased cookie sheet. Cover; let rise until double, about 40 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
6. Brush loaf with milk. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake until a hollow sound when tapped, about 25 minutes; cool on wire racks.
