A pretty good clone recipe from Arby's. Adapted from a Todd Wilber recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium het, stirring constantly, until the sauce begins to boil, around 8 to 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, cover and let stand until cool.
3. Store in a clean, sterile jar with a cover.
4. Keeps in the fridge up to 1 month.
