Ingredients:
2 cups raw almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup cashews
2 cups dried apricots, coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Place almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, place cashews and apricots. Add roasted seeds and nuts.
