Not sure where I originally found this recipe, but I have had this recipe in my files for a long time. Sounds very easy.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can apricot halves, undrained
1 -2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Freeze the apricots in a freezer-proof container. Place frozen apricots in a blender or food processor. Add sugar and lemon juice. Cover and process until combined. Serve immediately or freeze.
