Ingredients:
2 cups toasted muesli
1 cup dried apricot
1/2 cup honey
75 g melted butter
3/4 cup coconut
Directions:
1. Place muesli, apricots, honey and warm melted butter in food processor.
2. Process 2 - 3 minutes till well combined.
3. Roll into balls.
4. Coat balls in coconut.
