Apricot Ham Gravy

If desired serve with apricot baked ham.
Ingredients:
2 -3 cups pan juices, from baked ham
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Add pan juices (from baked ham) and 1 cup water to a pan.
2. Heat to a boil.
3. Simmer about 20 minutes.
4. Mix cornstarch & 1/4 cup water.
5. Blend into pan juices.
6. Serve with Apricot baked ham.
