Apricot Greens and Swiss with Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (5-ounce) package gourmet salad greens
4 ounces reduced-fat, reduced-sodium swiss cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced dried apricots
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
2. Combine salad greens and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to coat.
