Apricot Cranberry Bread

I like this quick bread because it's different.. Usually when you have cranberries they are paired with orange juice..and this has the apricots and a little lemon.. The recipe came from my sister-in-law.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teasp. grated lemon peel
Directions:
1. in a large bowl: mix flour, sugar, baking powder
2. add apricots, cranberries and the nuts. toss lightly to cover fruit
3. in a small bowl: mix eggs, milk, melted butter and the lemon peel
4. pour over the flour mixture
5. stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. do not over mix
6. pour into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan
7. bake at 350' F for 60 - 70 mins or until toothpick come out clean
8. cool 10 mins in pan then turn onto a rack
