Apricot Bread Mix in a Jar

Ingredients:
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups bisquick
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine Bisquick, baking powder and salt and layer this in one layer (layer on top).
2. Otherwise, layer ingredients in a wide mouth 1-quart canning jar in order given.
3. Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient layer.

12. Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
