Delicious Light Apricot Bread
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 splenda sugar blend for baking
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 egg whites
3/4 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk
3/4 cup applesauce
3 tablespoons whipped butter
1 cup apricot
Directions:

Preheat the Oven to 350.

Coat a 9x5 Loaf Pan with cooking Spray.

Combine all ingredients in a Medium Mixing Bowl.

Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
