Ingredients:
1 (6-ounce) package dried apricots
1 (3-ounce) can coconut
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 teaspoons orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Grind together apricots, coconut, and pecans in a large mixing bowl, using coarse blade of a meat grinder. Add powdered sugar and orange juice; stir. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.
