Apricot Baked Brie

This baked brie is simple, easy and delicious, and you can switch out the apricot reserves for strawberry, blueberry or whatever you like!
Ingredients:
1 – 8oz wheel of brie cheese (i usually use the president’s brand)
3 tbsp apricot preserves
1 – 17.5 oz package frozen puff pastry, thawed (you will only used one of the two sheets in the box)
1 egg white
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly grease cookie sheet
3. Slice the wheel of brie in half so you have 2 circles of cheese
4. Spread apricot or peach preserves on the cut side
5. Make a sandwich out of the two halves so the preserves are in the center
6. Wrap the entire wheel of brie with one sheet of puffed pastry and flip the folded side down
7. Brush pastry with egg white
8. Bake 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown
9. Serve Immediately
