This recipe comes from the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant in Tennesse. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and their food is so good! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
3 ounces butter, melted |
1 ounce vanilla |
2 1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup flour |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate together. 2. Add all remaining ingredients except the pecans. 3. Fold in pecans. 4. Mix well and pour into pie shell. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
