This dressing is excellent as a dip for raw vegetables or can be thinned with some lemon juice for use as a marinade. Wonderful on salads also. Freezes well if you want to make a larger batch
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup tamari (or soy sauce)
2/3 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1/3 cup tahini
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon parsley, minced
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat well until mixed.
