Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5-oz) package gingerbread mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Stir together 1 (14.5-ounce) package gingerbread mix, 1 cup Homemade Applesauce, 3/4 cup water, and 1 large egg until blended; spoon evenly into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
