Not sure why these are called what they are - I have no clue where Apple's Restaurant is! lol A friend of mine used to make these ALL the time and send them to me in college (I would literally beg for them)...they are the most scrumptious cookies EVER!!
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 large eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup english toffee bits
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream butter, gradually add sugars, beating well.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
4. In separate bowl: combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt - stir well.
5. Add to butter mixture, beat at low speed until blended.
6. Stir in toffee bits, chocolate chips.
7. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons (ice cream scoop works great) onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cookie is lightly browned.
9. Let cool slightly on sheets, then cool completely on wire racks.
