A quick, light lunch or a delicious snack. I never get tired of this combo!
Ingredients:
1 firm eating apple (i like gala the best)
2 -4 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
Directions:
1. Core and slice apple into wedges.
2. Divide the peanut butter evenly among the slices. I usually spread mine along the inner edge.
3. Enjoy!
