High protein bar to eat post workout or anytime.
Ingredients:
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup non-fat powdered milk
4 scoops protein powder
8 fluid ounces no sugar added apple juice
2 egg whites
1 unsweetened applesauce, cup
3 -4 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix together and put into pan sprayed with no stick spray. bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
