Another oatmeal based smoothie. Great way to get the good stuff into your diet if your not keen on hot oatmeal.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup oatmeal
5 tablespoons non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
6 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup apple juice
ice cube
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients till desired consistancy.
