An interesting yet harmonious flavour combination.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 apple, cubed
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
1 dash lime juice
Directions:
1. Combine sauekraut, celery, apple, and pepper in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, parsley, basil and lime juice; drizzle over salad.
3. Serve chilled.
