Applebee's Maple Walnut Blondies

These taste just like the decadent dessert served at the applebee's chain
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces white chocolate
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. whip the egg until they form stiff peaks.
3. add softened butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer.
4. in a seperate bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
5. add teh dry ingriedeints to the wet and blend until smooth.
6. mix in milk, chocolate and walnuts.
7. pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 40 minutes.
8. slice into 8 slices when cool.
9. while cakes bakes combine1/2 cup butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese and maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl and beat with mixer.
10. heat a mini cast iron skillet on stove for 5 minutesarrange teh cake on each mini skillet heat sauce for 30 seconds and place a scoop of ice cream on cake and then pour over sauce garnish with walnuts.
