Apple Wedges With Cinnamon Cream

Makes for a great healthy mid-morning or afternoon snack. :)
Ingredients:
1 small apple, cored and cut into wedges
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (or a natural sugar substitute)
Directions:
1. Toss the apples in the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
2. Whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute. Microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Place the apple wedges on plates with the cinnamon cream. Dip and Enjoy!
