Apple Walnut Pecan Bundt Cake

A dense moist apple cake with plenty of nuts and a lovely glaze topping. One of my favorite Bundt cake recipes.
Ingredients:
11/2c vegetable oil
11/2c granulated sugar
1/2c brown sugar
3 eggs
1t vanilla
3c all purpose flour
1t cinnamon
1tsp baking soda
3/4tsp nutmeg
1/2tsp salt
4c apples, peeled, cored and diced
3/4c chopped walnuts
3/4c chopped pecans
icing
1/4c butter
1/4c brown sugar
1/4c granulated sugar
1/4c heavy cream
1tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Beat oil and sugars together. Beat in eggs one at a time, then the vanilla.
2. Sift dry ingredients together then stir into batter.
3. Fold in the diced apples and nuts.
4. Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt pan.
5. Bake at 325F for about 60 mins.
6. Cool, remove from pan and place on cooling rack with a tray underneath.
7. ICING
8. Bring all ingredients to a boil, cook until slightly thickened and a dark in color.
9. Cool slightly then spoon over cake.
