Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In a casserole dish place sliced apple, beaten egg, vanilla and sugar.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes and enjoy the fruits of my 4 yo son lol.
