Apple Strudel My Way

Loving apple Pie I came up with this little Guilt free great substitute
Ingredients:
lighter version in brackets
5 large apples peeled cored and sliced
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar (splenda)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
8 sheet phyllo dough
2 tbsp melted light butter ( becel spray)
cinnamon and sugar mixed (cinnamon and splenda mixed)
french vanilla ice cream ( fat free frozen vanilla yogurt)
variation
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350*
2. Thaw Phyllo Dough
3. Combine Flour Splenda and spices
4. Toss Apples in flour mixture
5. Cover counter surface with plastic
6. Layer Phyllo sheets brushing with melted butter or spraying with Becel
7. Last sheet press gently to seal layers
8. Spread Apple Mixture along one long edge leaving 2 inches bare each short edge
9. NOTE: if using cranberries sprinkle along long edge of apples (1/2 cup)
10. Dot Apples with Fat free sour Cream along
11. Fold two short sides in over ends of apples
12. Sprinkle over top of cream with more cinnamon sugar mix
13. Roll up Spray to seal seam.
14. Place on lightly sprayed baking sheet seam side down pushing slightly to scrunch
15. Make 4 slashes across top on an angle
16. Brush with butter or spray with Becel
17. Sprinkle with more Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
18. Bake 20-25 minutes until apples are just tender. Watch close to make sure they do not overcook
19. Cool on rack or serve warm with ice cream or frozen Yogurt
