Ingredients:
2 large red delicious apples, cored and cut into 1/4-inch wedges
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 cups thinly sliced red cabbage (about 1 1/4 pounds)
6 cups thinly sliced napa (chinese) cabbage (about 1 1/4 pounds)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
1. Combine apple and juice in a large bowl; toss well. Add cabbages; toss gently.
2. Combine sugar and next 8 ingredients (sugar through pepper) in a bowl; stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Add cheese; toss gently.
