Ingredients:
2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons walnut oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve soon, before the apple discolors.
3. You could use rasbberry vinegar for an interesting flavor.
