Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

This is a tasty treat.
Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples, chopped
1 orange
1 cup strawberry, chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons apple jelly, melted
8 flour tortillas
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Apple Salsa: In a bowl, combine apples, strawberries and kiwi.
2. Grate orange peel to measure 1-1/2tsp.
3. ;squeeze juice from orange.
4. Add peel and juice to fruit mixture.
5. Stir in brown sugar and jelly.
6. Chill.
7. Serve with Cinnamon Chips.
8. See following Recipe Brush tortillas lightly with water.
9. Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over tortillas.
10. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
11. Place on a cookie sheet and bake 400 degrees for 6 – 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
12. Cool and serve with apple salsa.
