A wonderful side dish for any meal. It gets rave reviews at Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pineapple
2/3 cup mayo
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix all the chopped ingrediants together
2. Mix the mayo, sugar and lemon juice together for dressing.
3. Add the dressing to the salad and mix
4. Add more dressing if salad is too dry
5. Chill and Serve
