Unexpected combination, but really tasty. Refreshing light salad will go fine at the end of the dinner to relieve the feeling of satiety
Ingredients:
4 apples, cored and peeled
3 tablespoons green peas
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
lettuce (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Cut apples into small cubes.
2. Chop eggs finely.
3. Add peas, mayonnaise and stir thoroughly. Decorate with lettuce.
