A quick and easy to throw together that taste great. This is a wonderful salad to have in the fall when apples are in season.
Ingredients:
4 apples, chopped (granny smith or red delicious)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients and stir well, chill and serve.
