Ingredients:
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 dash salt
1/4 cup butter
7/8 cup milk
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 -6 apples (peeled and sliced)
2 cups boiling water
Directions:

2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Cut in butter and work until mixture is like cornmeal.
4. Add milk.
5. Knead well.
6. Roll into a long oblong.
7. Spread butter onto dough and cover with brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
8. Place apples over dough.
9. Roll up like a jelly roll.
10. Slice into 1 inch slices.
11. Place in grased 9 x 12 pan.
12. Sprinkle tops with a small amound of sugar and cinnamon.
13. Pour boiling water gently over.
14. Bake 350 30 minutes.
