Apple Puff Pancake

This is my absolute favorite breakfast recipe, and perfect when sprinkled with powdered sugar, plain, or spread with fruit.
Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Core and slice apples.
3. Melt butter in frying pan.
4. Toss apples with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon in frying pan.
5. Sauté until soft.
6. Meanwhile, beat eggs and milk together.
7. Add flour and salt to egg mixture.
8. Spoon apple mixture into a 9x13 baking pan.
9. Add batter to baking pan, over apples.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
11. Serve immediately.
