Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits
2 large apples, thinly sliced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Separate and stretch biscuits until they are 5 inches in diameter. Place on greased cookie sheet.
3. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and cheese in a bowl.
4. Place apple slices on biscuits. Top with cheese mixture.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown on the bottom. Serve at room temperature.
