My husband and I made this up and it was very good. Try it you will like it. It is also dairy free.We add a scoop of protein powder(Dymatize nutrition protein powder) to our shakes. Ours is vaniila flavor.
Ingredients:
1 apple
1/4 cup whole almond
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup ice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
3 dates (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut up the apple. Mix all ingredients in a vtamix. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
