Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whole almond
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 dates (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut up the apple. Mix all ingredients in a vtamix. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
