Ingredients:

  • 1 quart apple juice
  • 1/2-5/8 oz apple pie spice
  • 6 oz honey
  • 3 cups everclear alcohol

Directions:

  1. In 2-quart pan, put apple juice and warm (do not boil).
  2. Add apple pie spice, and honey, mix well.
  3. Add everclear and divide into bottles, cap and let age 1 month.
  4. Serve cold or hot.
