Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate (not diluted)
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the blender, cover and blend until smooth.
