I had the gastric bypass surgery 5 years ago, and have tried a huge variety of protein drinks. This is one that I came up with when I needed a change! I've seen similar recipes like this, but it's the lemon sf pudding that makes it soooo delicious!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk
1 single serving size container unsweetened applesauce
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (i use optimum nutrition from gnc)
1 teaspoon sugar-free lemon gelatin, pudding powder
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg (optional)
ice cube, to your desire i usually use 4-5
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
