apple Pie Croissants (With Peanut Butter)

Just something I whipped up for breakfast in the work kitchen & I thought it turned out pretty amazing. I made a couple co-workers try it too so I know it's not just me.
Ingredients:
1 butter croissant
1/2 apple (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Cut Croissant in half & top with peanut butter (you can use more or less but I think I did right around a tbsp).
2. Cut apple slices as thin as possible and lay them across peanut butter croissant.
3. Top with thin pads of butter on top of the apple and sprinkle cinnamon sugar to taste (I just used a McCormick's cinnamon sugar grinder until it looked like enough).
4. Put Croissants in toaster oven for aprox 1 min or until butter is melted and the office/house smells like apple pie :).
