Apple Pie Cake

This is a wonderful Fall dessert - looks like pie, but tastes like a good moist apple cake.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups apples, peeled, finely chopped
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Cream margarine, gradually add sugar, beating well.
2. Add eggs; mix well.
3. Combine next 5 ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with orange juice, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
4. Stir in vanilla.
5. Fold in apples and raisins.
6. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9-inch pie plate.
7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick comes.
8. out clean.
9. Cut cake into wedges; serve with whipped cream if desired.
