A healthy alternative to a milkshake on a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flax seed meal (ground flaxseed)
1 small apple
1 small pear, ripe
3 ounces tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
3/4 cup soymilk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Quarter and core the fruit but do not peel.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
