Ingredients:
6 ounces frozen sugar-free apple juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickened and reduced by half (about 15 minutes).
